Check Out Colleyville and Southlake
The area between Dallas and Fort Worth is called the Metroplex or Mid Cities area. Each of these cities has their own features, which make them special. Colleyville and Southlake are rapidly growing cities, which enjoy an excellent school district, fine shopping and dining, great parks and recreational activities and a public library, all within minutes of DFW airport. These welcoming cities are located approximately midways between Dallas and Fort Worth for an easy commute to either location. Both Southlake and Colleyville enjoy a brisk real estate market with prices ranging from $200,000 to over a million dollars.

Grapevine is another great city with a very active Main Street which host the annual Grapevine Wine Festival, Holiday parades, music venues and unique shopping in it's historical area. Located to the East of Colleyville and Southlake, it too has an excellent school district and is minutes from DFW airport and Lake Grapevine. Grapevine has a variety of housing choices including luxury apartments and homes that range from the early $150,000 to $700,000.
Hurst, Euless and Bedford are commonly referred to as the HEB area and have excellent schools. These neighborhoods generally are well established with large shade trees, loads of parks and recreation centers, art councils, great shopping and good access to Airport Freeway (183) and convenient to DFW airport. Housing choices are numerous in these cities, with apartments and homes ranging from the early $80,000 to $400,000.
North Richland Hills and Keller are located West of Colleyville and Southlake and also offer excellent education, terrific parks and recreational facilities, historical areas, and a very easy access to the Fort Worth business district, DFW airport and Alliance airport. Home prices in these cities range from $100,000 to over a million.
Leaving Tarrant County, we will enter the lovely and convenient Flower Mound in Denton County. Located on the North side of DFW airport, this great city boast walking and riding paths throughout the city, exemplary school district, access to Lake Grapevine and terrific recreational facilities. Residents enjoy a healthy real estate market with prices averaging approximately $200,000.
