www.realtor.com, www.Re/Max.com, www.Remax-texas.com and other affiliated
websites. With 71% of all buyers starting their home search on the Internet
this is vital to draw buyers.
- Actively recruit buyers directly by advertising
for new enrollments in the HomeCaster Program.
- Have established relationships with quality
Mortgage Lenders and Title Companies which will ensure easy communications
throughout the closing process.
- Provide information about residential service
plans. This will protect you and your buyer to against unexpected repairs and
increase your property's salability.
- Keep you informed regarding showings,
inquiries, advertising and market activity.
- Research and analyze property values and
pricing, and to assist you in determining the most effective listing price.
