You're property will be featured on our website, www.CroneyTeam.com, www.realtor.com, www.Re/Max.com, www.Remax-texas.com and other affiliated websites. With 71% of all buyers starting their home search on the Internet this is vital to draw buyers.
  • Actively recruit buyers directly by advertising for new enrollments in the HomeCaster Program.
  • Have established relationships with quality Mortgage Lenders and Title Companies which will ensure easy communications throughout the closing process.
  • Provide information about residential service plans. This will protect you and your buyer to against unexpected repairs and increase your property's salability.
  • Keep you informed regarding showings, inquiries, advertising and market activity.
  • Research and analyze property values and pricing, and to assist you in determining the most effective listing price.
  • Estimate how much you will receive upon the sale of your home. We will also update that information upon the receipt of all written offers to purchase your home.
  • Arrange open houses at your convenience to increase the market exposure of your home.
  • Inform you of all pertinent information concerning your listing and to make ourselves available to you for questions continually throughout the listing period.
